1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

We only offer refunds or replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo showing the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or wrong color selection are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

Once your claim is approved, we will guide you on the return process (if required) or send a replacement at no extra cost.

In some cases, you may not be required to return the product — this will be confirmed during your claim process.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will enter production and cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided), shipping costs are non-refundable.
